"This was my first hunt with Paul Ellis and Sunday Creek Outfitters, but it will not be my last. Paul guaranteed me the bull of a lifetime, and he came through with that promise and then some. I’ve hunted from Alaska to South Texas and this was the best hunt I’ve been on in my life, without exception. My guide was tremendous, putting me on six bulls (saw close to 100 elk) the second morning, all great trophies, 6x6 and better. Not even sure if I shot the biggest one in the group, but he was definitely the bull of a lifetime. Paul runs a top quality hunting operation and I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the experience. Everyone from the guide to the butcher to the taxidermist was polite, courteous and went out of their way to make this a truly memorable hunt. "I have seen many TV shows of antelope hunting over water holes and was not very excited until I saw a video of Paul using the spot and stalk approach with their Challenger Decoy. Being passionate about Turkey and Elk hunting with a bow I was hooked on the idea of hunting pronghorn this way. If you like spot and stalk hunting this is defiantly a hunt to experience. Paul and Dan run a top notch outfit and are very knowledgeable about the area and the game. My original hunting date was canceled due to hurricane Katrina but Paul actually honored the hunt 2 years later. This is not only an exciting hunt it is also very affordable.
